The equipment array will be professional-grade and will include treadmills, ellipticals, upright and recumbent bikes, along with a four-position multi-gym, incorporating leg developer and pectoral fly station, leg press station, multi-press and lower pulley station, lateral pull down and mid row station. An abdominal station will also be available. For weight training enthusiasts, there will be dumbbells and fixed barbells. Large section of walls of the Fitness Center will be mirrored; in addition a Cardio-Theater audio-visual system will be installed. |
